My name is Stephen Gwalter, and over 35 years ago, I founded The Original Scissorman with one clear goal — to provide hairdressers and barbers with a professional, on-site sharpening and servicing solution, removing the risk of sending valuable tools through the post.
Now, I’m proud to announce my retirement and the exciting next chapter for the business: my stepson, Luke Langford, who has been an integral part of the company for over a decade, is now the new owner of The Original Scissorman.
Luke has worked side-by-side with me for the last 10 years, learning the trade, perfecting the craft, and earning the trust of clients across the South of England.
